Saurabh Srivastava
Executive Chairman, Xansa ( India )

Mr. Srivastava is a co-founder and Past Chairman of NASSCOM, President of TiE Delhi and sits on the global board of TiE, the world's largest organisation devoted to Entrepreneurs.

Chairman of NASSCOM Foundation, the community arm of NASSCOM. He is a Trustee of the America India Foundation and a founding Trustee of India Sponsor Foundation (ISF), a unique NGO, which seeks to catalyse change by bringing together NGOs, overseas donors and corporates.

He is on the Advisory Board of the Imperial College Business School, London, an adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at IIT, Mumbai and holds a Masters Degree from Harvard University, USA, and a Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, which has conferred on him the "Distinguished Alumnus" award.

Appointed to the Board in 2000. Executive Chairman, Xansa, ( India ), Ltd. Chairman Emeritus, National Association of Software and Service Companies. Chairman, Indian Venture Capital Association. Works closely with the Indian Government on IT issues and is on the board of government-owned development bank, PICUP. Other Indian-based memberships include the Governing Council of the Institute of Informatics and Communications; University of Delhi ; and the Investment Committees of the National Venture Fund and several state Venture Funds.

Iain Fraser, Fellow PMINZ, PMP®
Vice Chairman, PMI®

Iain Fraser has been practicing project management for over 25 years. Having gained diplomas in Engineering and in Production Control in the UK

Iain has since been actively involved in the Engineering, Petrochemical, Utility, Construction, IT, Telecommunications and Defence industries around the world. Iain has been very engaged with PMI® globally where he has held positions such as the Director of Regional Advocacy for the Asia Pacific Region covering 8 separate countries. He served 3 years on the Board of Directors Nominations Committee being Chair during 2001. Iain is a founding member of PMI® in New Zealand and served as Vice President in 1995, National President in 1997 and 1998. In 2001, Iain was awarded the status of Fellow PMINZ, the first such award to be made, in recognition of his efforts to the global profession and the New Zealand component. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the PMI Board of Directors.

 

J.Satyanarayana
Chief Executive Officer
National Institute of Smart Government (NISG)

J. Satyanarayana, a Senior Officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NISG. Previously, he was Special Secretary to Govt. of Andhra Pradesh

(AP) in the Finance Department, Principal Secretary to the AP Government in the Information Technology and Communication Technology Department etc . He has pioneered the implementation of popular projects like eSeva, CARD, and e-procurement.

John Vines
Chief Executive of the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers Australia (APESMA)

He holds tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Economics and an MBA and is Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2002 in recognition of his contribution to science and engineering and was awarded a Centenary of Federation Medal in 2003.
He has been a member of a number of Government Boards and Inquiries including a member of the Australian Science, Technology and Engineering Council (1991 – 1997), a member of the Prime minister's Science, Engineering and Innovation Council (1990-1997) and Deputy Chair of the Federal Government's Industry Task Force on Leadership and Management Skills (1993 – 1995). He was also a member of the Victorian Premier's Knowledge and Innovation Science and Engineering Council (2000-2003) and has recently been appointed Chair of the Innovation and Business Industry Skills Council, a body which advises the Federal Government on industry skills issues.
