Assessment Criteria
The recommended projects have met or exceeded the project objectives and / or improved on budget and scheduled performance
Originality of project management techniques applied, including processes, methods and best practices
Sets an example of project management as a professional body of knowledge which contributes to effective use of corporate and country's resources.
Outstanding project management examples of unusually large and complex projects - which have been executed successfully in India
Project implementation time frame: the recommended project activities must have been executed /completed within the last three years (2003 - 2005).
Submission date
All recommendations received along with the details on the project accomplishments MUST be received at the Conference Project Management Directorate via e-mail at programs@pminorthindia.org by 12:00 pm on October 29, 2005. Proposers will not have an opportunity to change or edit the recommendations once they have been sent to the Conference Directorate. Recommendations for awards will be reviewed against the assessment criteria mentioned above.
