Retiree Membership
Retiree Membership
in PMI is $60.00 US annually
Any Chapter, SIG, or College membership fees are
additional Retiree membership is open to any PMI
member in good standing for five (5) consecutive
years, who has retired from active employment.
Applicants must enclose a letter stating that
they are no longer actively employed with a completed
Renewal Invoice. NOTE: Retiree Membership cannot
be applied for through PMI’s online membership

Group billing plan
PMI Group
Billing Plan The Group Billing Plan is a simplified
group-invoice program for the individual membership
of employees from the same organization. Participation
in the program requires a minimum of 15 employee
participant members. Each employee within the
plan must join PMI and a minimum of one Chapter
and one Specific Interest Group (SIG). Dues for
each individual member under the plan are based
on the established PMI membership fee and the
standard fees for the Chapter and SIG selected.
The individual membership application fee is waived
for members joining under the Group Billing Plan.
Establish a Group Billing Plan
for Your Organization
New organizations
can download and complete the Group Billing Application
and return it with the employees' individual applications,
to the address on the form. Organizations can
begin participating in the Group Billing Plan
at any time throughout the year. An organizational
contact person must be identified to receive group
renewal invoices and to serve as a liaison between
the organization and PMI. Once the plan is initiated,
individuals employed by the organization can join
PMI or renew their membership at any time during
the year but only through the organization contact.
Become a Member of Your Company’s Group
Billing Plan
Individuals interested in participating in the
Group Billing Plan can reference the Employer
Participation List to verify that their employer
is a current participant. Once company participation
is confirmed, individuals should communicate with
their organization contact for more information.
Each Individual under the plan will receive one
full 12-month membership in PMI. As participating
employees’ memberships near expiration,
renewal invoices will be sent to both the individual
and the organization contact. Individuals, in
communication with their employers, will determine
whether the organization or the individual will
be responsible for renewing each plan participant’s

prior to the membership expiration date.
