- The event was able to raise the consensus that leaders are made and not born.
- It was agreed upon that a leader should have four basic qualities.
A leader should be a visionary. He should have the ability to communicate his vision to his people. He should be able to provide to his people the blue print of the roadmap to reach the goal. And last but not the least, he should work his way with his people in order to reach the goal.
- Students must identify their goals and ambitions and work every day in whichever way they can to reach them.
- They must document every day the initiatives that they have taken so that they can be measured and monitored.
