Dr. Claude Besner, PMP, holds a PhD in Management. He is a tenured professor in the Management and Technology Department at the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM).

He is a past director of the UQAM Master's Program in Project Management; this program is accredited by PMI's Global Accreditation Center. Dr. Besner has also more than 15 years of experience as consultant and project director. He is active internationally in the project management community and has presented several papers at both research and professional conferences organized by project management organizations worldwide.

He is responsible of the research on the subjects of processes, practices and new project management tools within the UQAM project management research Chair. In November 2010, Professor Claude Besner received the Élixir Distinguished Contribution Award. With this award PMI Montreal recognised his contribution to the project management community. PMI Montréal also wished to highlight his research on project management tools and practices.

Ajay Shukla M.Tech from IIT Delhi, comes with 22 years of power industry experience in power plant erection , commissioning and O&M. He was group leader of prestigious take over plant of Unchahar power project ( 2x210 MW Stage I and 2x210 MW stage) and was core team member of another turn around power project.

He used innovative project management skills in both the projects and these were completed a head of schedule with benchmarked performance. He has certificate on "Intellectual Property" from WIPO Geneva. Presently working as Dy General Manager (HR) at NTPC /PMI and heading the Center for Project Management of NTPC/PMI and many strategic competency development projects are currently being executed by him.

• Experience in BFSI domain, Medical devices, Health care and Automobile industry.
• He holds B.Tech degree from G B Pant University Pantnagar, UK and MBA from Delhi.
• Founder Member of Governing board of DSPSR Management Institute Rohini, Delhi under Indraprastha University Delhi

• 16+ year of work experience in IT Program/Project Delivery and Consulting.
• Experience in Telecom, BFSI and pharmaceutical domain.
• Holds M.Tech (CSDP) from IIT Kharagpur and M.Sc Applied Maths from IIT Roorkee.
