Sarita, is a post graduate with MBA in Information Technology. Having above 17 years of IT and business experience. A leader and strategic thinker focused on business generation, portfolio profitability, revitalizing internal teams, building and managing client relationships, mentoring teams to outperform the competition and always looking for ways to improve efficiency. She is currently as part of HCL Technologies Ltd as Associate General Manager and is responsible Provide technology leadership across multiple projects and across Global HCL Technologies’ in SAP and other technologies. Responsible for management of systems, products and services contributing to enhanced business performance. Prime responsibility being Service Management, change and release management, incident and issue management. Ensuring that the business partners are aligned with various technology initiatives and Deliverables. Manage the portfolio from a budget, scope, talent (resources and skills) and strategic direction perspective. And Drive Ideation and innovation strategies with business and value showcasing of business values from selected Initiatives with the CIO-level and business heads. Has extensive experience of working with Global Customers and Large accounts in Oracle ERP like Juniper, Mastec, Tektronics, Xerox. Held position in capacity of Sr. Manager, Account Manager and Engagement Manager in Birlasoft, Fujitsu, Espire, RBS.


Roles & Responsibilities

The VP Membership shall be accountable for the needs assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of a chapter membership plan that contributes to the achievement of the chapter’s long-term strategy and sustainability.

  1. Maintain a membership drive, including providing application forms and PMI information to potential members.
  2. Advise all Board members of all new members. Ensure that PMI and Chapter membership records are reconciled.
  3. Obtain names and addresses of first time guests at Chapter meetings. Issue membership packet and welcome to all first time guests.
  4. Upon receipt of the updated membership directory, follow-up on the members who have failed to pay current dues.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date membership list; provide other officers with frequent updates as required for their responsibilities.
  6. Write a Chapter introduction letter upon receipt of names from PMI of individuals who have requested information from the international organization.
  7. Develop and implement a Member Recruiting and Retention Plan.
  8. Develop and implement a Member Needs Assessment Survey.
  9. Maintain up-to-date records of the local chapter membership mailings. The administrator shall place the current PMI® Headquarters on the local Chapter mailing list.
  10. Support a clean and timely turn over of Chapter records to the position's successor.
