Manoj is a techno-commercial management professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT & BPO industry. Over these years, Manoj has managed and guided to successful completion simple to complex projects in India, USA, UK & Australia. He has worked as SBU / ODC Head / CTO / VP various organizations and their clients. These include Fujitsu, Polaris / Citibank, Keane, Sapient & EXL. Manoj brings with him a rich experience in Business Consulting, M&A Due Diligence, Application Development & Maintenance, Total IT-Outsourced accounts, 24X7 L1/2/3 Support, Quality Assessment, Laying / Implementations of Standards & Processes (SDLC); Writing of Proposals, SOW etc.; handling multiple concurrent complex projects, working in multi-vendor, multi-location, onsite-offsite, onsite-offshore environments. His last assignment was with Affinity Express India Pvt. Ltd as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for technology roadmap, laying out industry best practices and stabilizing / strengthening existing infrastructure along with implementation of BCP / DR plans. Affinity provides outsourced graphic services to its clients across newspapers and advertising companies in US.
He is currently running his own Project & Management Consulting organization providing services to various Government Departments, PSU’s and Corporate – www.pppariyojana.com.

Roles & Responsibilities

The President shall be the chief executive officer for the PMI North India Chapter and of the Board. The President shall perform such duties as are customary for presiding officers, including making all required appointments with the approval of the Board. Duties of the President include:

  1. Preside over all Chapter and Board meetings.
  2. Work with the Board to develop goals and plans for the year.
  3. Direct the activities of the other officers.
  4. Appoint Nominating Committee members.
  5. Appoint members to vacant Board positions, subject to the Board's approval.
  6. Appoint committees and committee chairpersons, with the Board's approval.
  7. Communicate information of importance to the PMI® and the Chapter membership.
  8. Review all Chapter reports, newsletters, etc.
  9. Appoint advisors, directors, committee chairpersons, etc.
  10. Serve as primary liaison to PMI®.
  11. Support a clean and timely turn over of the Chapter record to the position's successor.
  12. Oversee the preparation and submittal of the Chapter Annual Renewal Survey.
  13. Maintain PMI Charter agreement document per PMI procedures’
  14. Ensure continued coverage under Liability Insurance policy provisioned by PMI.
